VeganLove: Big Veggies Made Simple
Each recipe in Vegan Love has a veggie as the star, treated as you would meat or fish. Many can be cooked in 30 minutes, none use less-than-healthy vegan substitutes and all elevate veggies to the next level, showing how simple and tasty they can be.
My Books
1. SALAD LOVE
I started having salads every day for lunch in the office. I started to take pictures and posting them on a blog.I’ve been creating a new salad every single day for4 year as a challenge and posting on them my blog.I've published the book Salad Love: How to Create a Lunchtime Salad,
Every Weekday, in 20 Minutes or Less in 2013 and it when viral, translated into more than 26 languages.
2. BREAKFAST LOVE
The need of and healthier breakfast created my second book, Breakfast Love. Each bowl is made up of a base of grains, two seasonal fruit and
vegetables, some protein, a delicious dressing, yogurt or milk, and an optional topping. There are sweet and savory ideas, and basic recipes to make your own granola, muesli, and dairy-free nut 'yogurt'.
3. SUPPER LOVE
In my third book "Supper Love" there are 130 supper bowls for any season and every
appetite. The options are endless and vary from light, raw and fresh, to hot, filling and wholesome. Every recipe in this stunning book is ultra simple and can be adapted to suit a different diet, such as vegan or
vegetarian.
As well as explaining the formula for the ideal soup bowl, I also provide advice and basic recipes for fermenting, dressings and sauces, broths and types of hummus.
4. VEGAN LOVE
Create quick, easy, everyday meals with a veg + a protein + a sauce + a topping.
Each recipe in Vegan Love has a veggie as the star, treated as you would meat or fish. Many can be cooked in 30 minutes, none use less-than-healthy vegan substitutes and all elevate veggies to the next level, showing how simple and tasty they can be.
